Residential Service Electrician: Powering Homes, Empowering Careers
As a residential service electrician at iConduit Electric, you’ll be very important for making sure that homes in Chicago are safe and have power. Our residential electricians are the most important part of our business. Their skill and dedication make sure that all of our customers are happy.
What You'll Do:
- Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential clients
- Troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure proper functioning and safety
- Install and repair electrical wiring, outlets, lighting fixtures, and more
- Communicate effectively with clients, explaining issues and recommending solutions
Who We're Looking For:
- Licensed electrician in Illinois with at least three years of residential experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Our customer service team is the first point of contact for our valued clients. As a work-from-home customer service representative, you’ll be the friendly voice of iConduit Electric, giving our customers top-notch service from their very first interaction with us.
What You'll Do:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and email
- Schedule appointments and dispatch our skilled electricians
- Provide information about our services and promotions
- Create a positive customer experience from start to finish
Who We're Looking For:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a home service industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction
- Comfortable with technology and able to work independently from home
